The Board of Directors is composed of sixteen Pearl High School graduates from the years of 1949 to1968. The members of the board have a wide range of knowledge and skills. The founding board was chartered on April 26, 2006.  The current board consists of four charter members who continue to serve and provide the wisdom and guidance that strengthen the organization in its purpose of extending student financial support
